I didn't know that the paper had to be "fixed" on a cutting mat. Ac not working at all! On the cutting mat there is a sheet hyper sticky and once the paper is placed on it impossible to remove without it tearing! The first cut (to a depth of 2 as recommended), this sub-sheet is already cut by the machine and when you remove the paper, it sometimes comes in pieces. I tried a sheet only, it blocks and pasting a sheet to the reverse with sticky paper, all torn and stuck in the machine. Had to throw it away! Besides that, the software that works only in administrator mode interface and a little practice are just that-details. Bravo for this product : it's worth investing in a laser printer!!!
